To celebrate the upcoming 40th anniversary of the iconic 1985 film Back to the Future, Casio Vintage has teamed up with Universal Pictures to create a special edition of the beloved CA-500 calculator watch. This collaboration brings the film’s timeless spirit of adventure and innovation straight to your wrist.

A Timepiece for Time Travellers

Built on Casio’s classic CA-500 model — first introduced in the 1980s — this commemorative edition is infused with nostalgic details inspired by Back to the Future’s most memorable moments.

The watch face features the legendary DeLorean time machine, surrounded by multicolor accents drawn from the car’s time circuit system, the device used to program travel dates. The case back is engraved with the Flux Capacitor, the heart of time travel itself.

From the engraved Back to the Future logo on the buckle to the silver-tone retro case and band, every design choice connects the wearer to the cinematic world of Marty McFly and Doc Brown.

Even the packaging is a collectible in its own right — designed to resemble a vintage VHS tape, it’s the perfect nod to the film’s original 1980s release.
